Students who have scheduled travel arrangements on the following holidays are required to have transportation provided by a cab/taxi service.

Thanksgiving Day: November 24th
Christmas Eve: December 24th
Christmas Day: December 25th
New Year’s Eve: December 31st
New Year’s Day: January 1st
Other holidays throughout year

PIA will organize the cab/taxi for your student, however, students are responsible to pay for the cab/taxi fee with cash.

PIA will provide transportation to students who have made travel arrangements within the hours of 9am to 9pm throughout the year, unless it is a holiday or not within driving hours.

The student is responsible to make sure he/she is on time when the cab/taxi arrives.
